Thomas M. Donohue is one of PBTK’s
principals, and is extensively involved in many of the
Firms’ governmental and gaming audit engagements. He has
also been involved with many of the Firm’s casino consulting
engagements, both locally and internationally.
Mr. Donohue is also is the Firm’s practice
leader with respect to the internal audit function regarding
compliance with the Minimum Internal Control Standards
promulgated by the Nevada Gaming Control Board. |

Mr. Donohue graduated from the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas in 1997, with a Bachelors of Science degree with a
specialty in Accounting. Since then, he has been a guest
lecturer for Horwath International’s audit training seminars
across the country.
Mr. Donohue is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed
to practice in Nevada, as well as a Certified Internal Auditor
(CIA). He is also a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the Nevada Society of Certified
Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud
Examiners, the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Casino
Management Association.
