He has been a tax and business advisor to publicly-held corporations, closely-held companies, individuals, estates and trusts since 1975. His knowledge of tax law and his creativity make him one of the most effective, highly respected and sought after tax consultants in Nevada, particularly for representation before tax and regulator agencies. He has served as a campaign treasure for many high profile political candidates at the city, count, state and federal level. Kern works with varied clientele ranging form large publicly-held corporations to smaller closely-held companies, wealthy individuals and estates and trusts.
