William M. Nelson is extensively involved in all areas of accounting and auditing for the firm, mainly for gaming, real estate and construction clients. He is one of the few accounting professionals in Las Vegas to work with SEC clients. Nelson also assists with fraud examinations as part of the firm’s litigation support practice, and has helped identify the perpetrator of fraud and determined loss amounts in multiple fraud issues. In addition, he helps his clients with internal controls and regulations to prevent occupational fraud.

Nelson has taught principles of accounting at the Community College of Southern Nevada, and has been discussion leader on several continuing professional education topics. He is active in the community participating in several youth sports programs and boy scouting.
