PCAOB INSPECTION
Pursuant to the federal Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, our Firm was most recently selected for a tri-annual regulatory inspection in August 2008 of its SEC audit practice by a team of inspectors from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
