Pursuant to the federal Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, our Firm was most recently selected for a tri-annual regulatory inspection in August 2008 of its SEC audit practice by a team of inspectors from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).  The report of the PCOAB issued in December 2008 on the results of that inspection may be accessed on the PCAOB’s website here.
